These days everything must be covered in warning signs and legal disclaimers because some people seem to think nothing of abusing the legal system for a handful of cash.

This sign will prevent some smart-ass kid from taking this to court when things don't turn out the way he wanted. And it wouldn't surprise me if it did happen.
